Account Creation

Certification Data and Blockchain Minting

Irreversibility and Immutability

When you confirm the upload and minting of certification data on the OneChain blockchain, that action is irreversible. Data on the blockchain becomes immutable and cannot be altered, deleted, or reversed. This is a fundamental characteristic of blockchain technology.

CertLedger cannot remove or alter blockchain data. Users should exercise caution and due diligence before initiating the minting process.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data you upload and mint. CertLedger cannot modify or reverse blockchain transactions and disclaims liability for consequences resulting from actions taken on the blockchain.

Content Ownership and Licensing

Your Content

By uploading content to the Service (such as certification data or images), you retain ownership of your intellectual property rights. You grant CertLedger a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

CertLedger will only share or publish your content publicly (for example, for marketing) with your explicit consent.

CertLedger's Content

All content provided by CertLedger — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and digital downloads — is the property of CertLedger and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without express written permission.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.

Changes to Terms of Use

CertLedger may update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination
